I’ve pasted an unlosed mask path onto a layer in AFX 6.5 pro. This path i then stroke to make my road in 3d space. Then i make a null which i paste the path (i made earlier) into it’s positional. Roving keyframes arrive which i stretch to duration length. The null then cruises the road. I make a camera which i then, using expressions, position to the null. Point of interest is set to align along path. Should work. BUT THE CAMERA HATES THE CHOSEN PATH. IT FLIPS OVER WHEN APROACHING THE CURVES IN THE ROAD??? I then convert the roaving positional keyframes to be locked to time… no help. am I missing something.

The reason your camera flips over is because the camera body actually has crossed over
the POI of the camera. When you animate the cam. position and POI, be sure that the cam.
does not pass the POI. That should resolve that. See it from the top. Change your layer
label color to something bright so you can see the path easier.
