  Camera Flash Problem

  Hey, so I don’t know if Premiere Pro or After Effects can help me with this.

  I filmed a live band last night. There was one of those instant photo booths to the right of the camera. Every time it took a picture, the flash whites out my camera shot. Then it’s either normal OR 14 frames before the IRS resets to its normal setting. I know for photographs, you can cut out people of a picture and it does some predictive magic to fill in the gaps. Is there anything like that but for video that will help me remove these flashes? Here’s a video of what I’m dealing with. Be warned, there are FLASHING images.
