hi. i tried using camera’s depth of field in the 3d space, but it doesn’t seem to work, i’ve tried changing the values of the aperture, f-stop and everything else but it doesn’t change anything. basically what i want to do is to move the camera backward passing lots of 2d photograph floating in 3d, and i want the photograph gets blurry as it gets further from the camera. how can i get the camera DOF to work? thanks!

Not to be rude, but when you created the camera, did you check the box for depth of field ???? You can check this by clicking on the camera layer, then going to the layer menu and clicking on camera settings.

Just to make sure, crank your aperature way up (like 1000) so if you do have it on, it’s brutally obvious. Then once you figure it out, work down from there.

Perhaps Draft 3d is on ?
I believe that also cancels the DOF effect.
