    Hello everybody,
I am trying to transfer a camera move from Lightwave to After Effects. I rendered both as rla and rpf (using the image processing filter) I imported it into AE. I created a composition by dragging the 3d render in the comp icon so I have the same parameters. After that I right clicked and selected Keyframe Assistant/ RPF Data. AE translated the data and created a new camera but the movement is not the same. The camera is not oriented correctly and some of the movement is missing. I tried a simpler move such as moving the camera only in the z axis. Again the movement is transfered but is hardly noticeable (the camera moves only slightly in the z axis in AE). I tried changing the pixel aspect ratio to square pixels, I changed the measurment units from SI to English but nothing seems to work. Does anyone know the solution to this one?

    Search the COW for Transmotion.

Lightwave’s RPF/ RLA savers do not work properly. Just get Transmotion like Steve said.
