Vincent means to use one of the “Kaleidoscope” category of filters, of which there are a few in Motion.

November 12, 2005 at 12:03 amI’d say “yes, sort of”. We’ve created a commersial with a kaledioscope-effect and tried both After Effects and Motion 2 for the jobb but no-one came close to our solution: building a “real” kalediscope in 3D 🙂
Never the less, if you just want the “kaledioscope texture effects” – Motion 2 is very good at it.
