caldigit vs macgurus
Hello, has anyone compared the caldigit S2VR HD to Macgurus Burly 4 Bay SATA Hot Swap PM? The Macguru gives you 3tb for the same price as caldigit’s 1.5tb. Is the caldigit card the only advantage here? Would the macguru with a caldigit card have comparable read/write speeds to an all caldigit setup? Can the macguru handle uncompressed hd like the caldigit can? Thanks

Caldigit offers a one stop shop in terms of support as they sell the whole package card, drives and all. MacGurus you would probably have to support yourself or get support from several sources along with all the other things mentioned in Danrnw’s post:
