I had a quicky job to do in between my big projects and although I could have used my 1Tb Lacie d2, I chose to use the HDPro as this job was the first time I had a chance to use the HDPro.

It was an audio only edit and all went well importing the files from a CD and editing the audio clips together with simple transitions using just 4 audio channels.

No problem at all. Ended up recording new edit back to CD.

    1 hr job.

My BIG project starts in the next few days so I will keep those who may be interested (Jon from Caldigit especially) well informed.

    Cheers

I’d be interested to hear your feedback. We are currently using the S2VRHD as a portable xserve raid alternative, and, despite a rocky start due to a bad SATA card, all is running well.

No complaints about the S2VRHD, it does 10 bit uncompressed like a champ.
