Calculating Data Rate
“To calculate data rate, you must first determine the size in kilobytes (K) of one frame of uncompressed v ideo, then determine the file size of one second of uncompressed video, and then determine how compression affects file size.”
In the above comments taken from the adobe website on Calculating Data Rates there is mention of determining size in kilobytes of one frame and file size of one second of uncompressed video how can this be accomplished ? What would be the procedure in ppro or afx to resolve this , Thanks

Just do an export of a work area that is one second long, or one frame long, then look at the properties for that file.
If you are working in Standard def, and are exporting to AVI uncompressed 8 bit, it averages out to around 110 GB per hour.
