Based on my research 4k production options are dual single-mode optical fiber or 4x 12G BNC coax up to 140 meters and 12G optical beyond that distance. However I was just in a meeting where the integrator recommended for “a faster” multimode optical fiber. Having heard horror stories of round peg square hole fiber mode situations I was wondering if others with similar experiences can shed some light on this for me.

What are the standards for optical fiber for 4k? Are there any 1 sheets or white papers I can provide to ensure the integrator does this correctly?

Can anyone speak on the 4x BNC solution? Any 1 sheets or white papers I can provide to ensure the integrator does this correctly?
