  • C4d UV texturing – Scale up in Y-axis only

    Hi,

I’m playing around with UV mapping and have managed to map my texture.

However it is a bit squashed along the y-axis. Does anyone know how to scale up faces in the uv texture window?

When I select scale it scales up the faces equally in the x and y.

    Thanks

There’s a separate scale tool for unequal scaling of UVs. It’s called the non-uniform scale tool and you’ll see it if you click and hold on the scale tool in the BP UV Edit layout.

Doh…It seems really obvious now that you have told me how.

Thank you very much, I was getting frustrated looking for it.
