C4D Renderfarm recommendations?
Hey guys,
I have always shied away from the render farm services just because of how complicated they seem…to simply get the files over and get them back, filling out the forms, not to mention specifying cores, servers and all that craziness.
Can anyone recommend one that works with C4d that is simple and easy to understand. I just want to upload my files and pay/download when it’s done.
Some items of preference would be:
-Simplicity
-Good customer support (24 hrs?)
-Would prefer one in southern California, if possible.
-Ability to upload my files through FTP
-Ability to see status updates online, view progress/Quality control by me?
-Anything I missed that may be a plus?Thanks all, much appreciated – I’m really in the dark on this one.

Hi Brian,
I was searching for a render farm recently on the maya forum and I ended up using Render-IT. They were really helpful, all I had to do was tell them about the scene and upload it to an ftp and they emailed me when the frames were ready to be downloaded. Not sure if they support C4D but they said they work with all major 3d packages. Their email is info@render-it.co.uk, It was Jules who was dealing with my project and was extremely helpful.
