  C4D NetRender Problem! confllciting IP addresses.

  Hello Experts,

  I just build a NetRender farm, having 3 machines. 1st Machine has Mac OS and has the sever and 1st client installed (Wireless: ip address: 192.168.1.4 and port 8080)

  The 2nd machine is also a Mac OSX(Wireless: IP: 192.168.1.7 and port 1080) and has a client intsalled.

  The 3rd one is windows OS(Vista home premium) attached through Ethernet (Using DHCP automatic IP) with the 2nd machine(Mac OSX) accessing internet from the 2nd machine. I changed the port on the windows netrender client(from 1080 to 1081) so the server can read it as a separate client even though its accessing internet through the 2nd machine)

  the NetRender server on the first machine recognizing all three clients.. and list it. but when i press render only 2 machine renders, although it list the 3rd(desktop) client and allocated some frames to it but it never renders.

  My problem is: If I connect the Windows Vista machine with the 2nd machine(Mac) in series, it appears in the list but never render(Yes i deactivated the firewall on vista), but if i attach it to the server directly with Ethernet, where server is accessing the other machine through Airport, i can’t have the same ip for both Ethernet and Airport, if i do that Ethernet work but the Airport can’t access the internet and can’t connect the other machines in the local network(wireless), and If i don’t then i have to have 2 separate ip addresses for Ethernet and Airport which is fine but now I can only render on one IP (either Airport machines or Ethernet machine).

  What should I do? What is the Fix?
  All machine has NetRender r12 clients and the server has r12 too, studio version.
