.c4d import problem in Invigorator Pro
I’m trying to import a .c4d model I purchased premade online into Invigorator Pro. I am getting the error message “The c4D file was unable to be imported. Perharps the wrong format was selected, or the file is of an unsupported file type”. Unfortunately I don’t have Cinema 4D to see what the issue is and the company I purchased the model from is being of no help. I am running Mac 0s 10.6.2. The file was zipped in a .rar compressed format. I tried unzipping in on windows machine on a mac supported .rar expander. No luck. Any thoughts?

Hi David,
Our program accepts Cinema 4D files up to version 5. So it’s possible that the model that you are importing is from a newer version of Cinema 4D.
If you purchased the model from a site such as Turbo Squid, they typically have the models available to download in multiple formats, such as Maya OBJ, or Lightwave LWO. If you are able to download the model in either of those two formats, you should have no issues importing the model into 3D Invigorator Pro.
