  C4D Doesn’t Remember my Re-Assigned Keyboard Shortcuts or Content Browser “Favorites”

  So every time i restart C4D it has forgotten any re-assigned commands or anything I’ve added to Favorites in the browser, any idea what’s up? Using Windows 10
