November 25, 2006 at 7:10 pmI got to install it, but when i try to import a project, nothing happens, no error, nothing, what am I missing?

November 27, 2006 at 4:55 pmFirst, you need to copy the appropriate AE plugin from your Maxon>Exchange Plugins directory to your AE plugins directory. Then, in Cinema’s render>save settings you need to check the appropriate options (“compositing project file>AE”, and if desired “3d data”). Then click the “save” button, which will prompt you for a location to save the *.aec file.
Open the *.aec file in AE. The plugin will take over and import your footage, multi-pass passes (if specified in Cinema), 3d data (if you applied 3d data tags in Cinema), cameras, lights, etc.
