    c3 frame buffer

    I have a decklink extreme that has software down convert however when I view a HD clip on my monitor via frame buffer on c3 it is not down converted I see partial frame any ideas

    Is this on a Mac or PC?

    Doh! What was I thinking? It has to be a Mac for down conversion.

    Can you post your system configuration such as Quicktime version, driver version etc?

    QT 6.5.2
    COMBUSTION 3.0.4
    FINAL CUT PRO 4.5

    My work around in combustion is to put my 1080i composite inside a 720 x486 NTSC composite and scale down the 1080i composite inside the 720 x486 NTSC.
    Ithen do work inside the 1080i composite and the update is sent to the 720x 486 comp which is displayed on my NTSC monitor
