I’m working with the C100 Mark II for the first time. I powered the camera on and explored the menus a bit the night before shooting. The next day, I reached for the camera to begin shooting only to discover that I had inadvertently switched the power dial to Camera Lock rather than the Off position. I replaced he dead battery with a fully charged battery. However the camera failed to power on with the full battery. I have confirmed the battery is charged. I thought perhaps I failed to move the dial from Camera Lock back to the Off position before removing the original dead battery. I proceeded to ensure the dial was in the Off position, removed the fully charged second battery, waiting a few seconds and replaced the full battery. The camera still fails to power on.

Any users have some insight or thoughts on this situation?

    Thank you!

I know this post is from about 3 years ago, but I’m wondering how you solved this problem? The same thing happened to me today…
