Is there away to reveal on your project window all the files (clips) inside of all the folders? Folders and subfolders are great for organizing but when you need to find a file and you don’t really remember the name it would be great if you could short all the clips and temporarily bypass the bin viewing and have a clip viewing.

    thanks

Make one bin called MASTER CLIPS and copy ALL of the clips into that folder. So you have them in their bins, and in one big MASTER bin. I used to do this a lot.

If you double click on Shane’s Master Bin it will open in its own window.
Right click on the header just to the right of “Name” column and select “Show Thumbnail.” This will give you a clip shot of all of your clips which will make it easier to find if you cant remember its name. A cool trick is you can click on the thumbnail and scrub left or right to see the rest of the media.

Another way to view the clip in the Browser is to right click on an empty space in the Browser and select View As Small, Medium or Large Icons.

    hope that helps,

    Victor
