How to synchronize the audio (BWF continuing timecode-recorded separately) with video’s having same timecode in sequence

Subclip both audio & video per take,mark inpoint at clapper on both.
Then select both clips in the bin and use ‘Merge clips’ command from the Modify menu.
You can speed this up a lot if you map this command to your keyboard.Regards,
