Buying just a dongle
I recently crossgraded from FCP to Avid MC6 and got a ‘software’ activation version. I need to use it in 2 different places and have to ‘de-activate’ on one system and then ‘activate’ on the other which is a real pain!
A friend has a dongled MC6 and has it installed on 3 different computers and just plugs the dongle into whatever box she is using. That is exactly what I need. It even works mixing Mac and PC!
Does anyone know how I can get a dongle and use it instead of the time consuming way I am doing it now?
