Buying Cinemon mp4 in the UK
I enjoyed the trial of this software and used it a lot in FCP, now the trial has expired I can’t buy and activate it because I’m based in the UK and you can only get it online in the USA. Has anyone any idea how I can buy this, my dealer knows nothing about it!

I just checked with the Cinemon product manager and he confirmed that Cinemon.mp4 is a US-only product. The full/enterprise version of Cinemon (with MXF and Omneon support, frame chase, the smart render API etc) is available from Sony UK but not the .mp4-only version.

Alternately one might consider Calibrated Software which has a few more features and costs a little bit more but should be available in the UK.
