  • Buying a HVX200 any suggestions

I am looking to buy a HVX200 and was wondering what people were paying these days. As I look around the net I see quite a bit of price differences. Is buying an extended warenty worth it? I see a couple different kinds out there a mack, and repair tech. (both largely ranging in price from site to site. I am a post college grad working on a short movie that is going to sell all my old gear to help pay for the camera so finding a good deal is important. What kinds of tips and experiences is everyone having/finding?

    Thanks everyone!!

Try B&H or Abel for best deals. You can get discounts from dealers on DVXuser.com as well.

I agree, BH or Abel is the best bet. The prices do not vary BUT….

Do not buy from places like digitalLiquidators.com or similar companies that advertise it at %40 off the regular price. It’s a very well known scam and you will loose your money. For such companies check http://www.bbb.org first. You will see they are listed as deceptive sales practices.
