Activity Forums Adobe Audition Busses

In trying to use busses I’m wondering if you can use a bus say for all the tracks that have a filter in common, i.e., compression, (2:1, -8,) and still have separate filters on the individual tracks.
    Example:
Tk 1. you want, compression, parametric and hard limit at -3
Tk2. you want, compression, different parametric EQ
Tk3. you want, compression, and hard limit at -1

Can all 3 tracks be pointed to a bus that has only the common compression, and each of the tracks still have it’s own individual special corrections?

    Thanks,
    Bpete

as far as i know, no. which is a crummy thing about audition.

BUT; one thing i did, in the effect set up for the ‘busses’ was make a preset.

for instance, all of my drum tracks had the same effect rig, so rather than clicking all the right stuff for every drum track for every song, i just made a preset.

thats the best i can think of.
