Burning question for the FCP gurus…
Quck quesiton, do you FCP gurus use DVD Studio Pro for your high end DVD production?
The more I learn the program the more I am left thinking that there is room for serious improvement.
Layered photoshop menu with no audio? Horrible button graphics with motion menus?
I know its a great program, but is there something better on the market?

We outsource our DVD stuff. There is so much that goes into making a high end DVD that we don’t have time to worry about it when trying to meet deadlines.

This is a limitation of the DVD spec itself. Not DVDSP.
Hardly any commercial DVD’s use Photoshop menus because of this.

I mainly deliver tapes to the network, but when I make DVDs I use DVD SP. BARE MINIMUM stuff. But I have seen very elaborate DVDs made with DVD SP.
