    Hi!

I` ve got 2 dvd players, and 1 of them won`t play the dvd that I made in DVD Architect 4. I just get the message disc error. The dvd player works on other dvds… Any ideas how to fix it? Could it be the dvds?

Yes it could. DVD-R are more compatible than DVD+R. Also be sure to use high quality DVD’s. Brands like Taiyo Yuden and Verbatim arethe best. Stay away from brands like Fuji and Memorex.

Be mindful that some older DVD players just don’t work well with any form of burned DVD so that could be a factor as well.

Yes, some players work better with +R others -R, sometimes a firmware upgrade for the DVD may help. Check on your manufacture’s website, I have downloaded some before with success.
