Running a Pre-Intel G5. Upgraded to 10.4.10 from 10.3. When to burn a DVD. Put 4 gigs and it and when I went to burn it, the Mac sai too much stuff was on the disk, which it wasn’t. Tried 3 gigs and it burned just fine.

Tried to burn another disk. Same problem. This time, even with1 10 meg file it says my DVD is too full. Also I noticed that in my finder I see all my failed attempts at burning even though I’ve dumped them in the trash and emptyed it. If I click on these, it say “Volume for “Untitled CD” cannot be found.”

    I can’t burn DVD’s anymore. Help please!

    Thanks

    Jeff

Run your software update again. A superdrive update just came up last night. I’m wondering if some problem came up in 10.4.10 that needed to be fixed. I didn’t have any problems, but you should double check it.
