  Burning BRD with Vegas 8c

  My 2 hr 55 min timeline exceeds the 50 gig limit for a dual layer BRD. Actual size is 44.6 gig, but I get a warning when I attempt to start the render, compile, process. I thought a dual layer would hold over 4 hrs. at 25mb mpeg video. can I trust the estimate from vegas 8c? It is usually off by 10% on projecting render file size.
