  • Burning Blue Ray frame rate question

I am going to burn my first blue-ray disk. I rendered out of Vegas 30P 25 gb blueray, for burning in DVD Arch. DVD Arch does not have 30p in project properties. This will be shown on large video projector in a theater what is the best frame rate from our choices 24 P, 29.97Interlace, or 23.976P?
    Again I rendered out 1920×1080 30P blueray?
    Thank U

30p is not a supported Blu-ray frame rate. If I had material originally in 30p (curiously, at this very moment, I do), I would render it to 1080/60i for delivery on Blu-ray. Most modern projectors are going to upconvert this to 1080/60p anyway (many, such as lightvalve or DLP projectors have to, since they can’t actually generate interlaced video).

Make sure I understand – Use my 1080 30P in DVD Arch and go with 60I or are you saying go back to Vegas and render it out at 60I? for best?
    Thank U
