Bump in transition
I am running into an issue off and on with my dissolve transition when using still images. As the playhead crosses over from a photo into the dissolve I sometimes get a one-frame jump in that image. If I use the arrow keys to go frame-by-frame the “jump frame” has the jagged edge of an interlace except it’s going vertically rather than horizontally. I tried changing out the transition, lengthening it, shortening it. Nothing fixed it. Finally I just put one image on a higher track and just used the opacity rubber bands, but this seems unacceptable.
Is there any eplanation for this? Last time it happened I did notice I was transitioning from a still to a motion image. Could this have anything to do with it?
