Interesting question. Using just Vegas, I don’t think so. However, if you have Vegasaur, it’s quite easy. Using Transcoder, add videos, select rendering template, and output location. Then under the BOLT tab, you can add a leader or trailer. In your case, you would add a leader. Using this approach, there is no need to actually import your videos directly into Vegas. If you don’t have Vegasaur, I believe they still have a 30 day free trial. Good luck.

Vegas Pro Production Assistant was designed specifically for this kind of batch workflow. You can very easily set up a template with the title video and a slug to represent the video. Then point it at a bunch of videos and it will substitute your video for the slug and render in multiple formats, with each video you give it.
