Ok I have this old DVD of a workout program where you can choose the workouts you want to do and then it plays only those workouts.
I want to do the same type of thing but I can’t figure out what that type of menu is called and how to build it.

    From a collection of:
    Warm up
    Workout one
    Workout Two
    Workout Three
    Workout Four
    Workout Five
    Cool down

I would like to choose something different each day for example

    Warm Out
    Workout One
    Workout Four
    Workout Five
    Cool Down

Then for the DVD only to play those five tracks then the next day choose something else.

    Can anyone help me?

This is call jukebox functionality and is pretty advanced stuff and Encore is not robust enough to help you. DVDSP is what you need to use.

    Here’s a tutorial

    Hi Cindy,

Assuming the different workout vids are encoded as individual files, you should be able to use the “Playlist” functionality in Encore to direct menu buttons to play certain sequences of clips. Read up on Playlist in HELP menu or search the web for tutorials.
