  building a dcp plug in

  Pardon me if my question is totally stupid 🙂

  Can i use the adobe sdk to build a plug in that will allow to directly output to a didgital cinema package.
  1. Does the SDK only allow to build plug-ins for effects or also add another output module from the render composition dialogue

  2. where can i read articles about how to start building a digital cinema package.

  Oh and btw, since I’m a computer science student (not a compositor) I’m quite good at programming and have a lot(really lot :P) of time to spare for this project

  I’ll try and make it open source then so all indy filmmakers will have end to end solutions 🙂
