  Bug report: slate position cannot be adjusted after resizing

  I was trying to create an offline with a timecode burn-in window in the Format page, Slate tab. Everything was looking good, but when I went to the render page and set my frame size to half the resolution, my timecode burn-in was twice the size as before, which I was able to adjust by selecting a smaller font, but the positioning was unresponsive.
