Bug in 3D environment
Hi,
I’m putting together a 3D setting for a project I’m working on. Everything’s worked fine until I added a three layer object. Without effecting any other layers that were in place. This three layer object began behaving strangely.
Two layers are parented to a third layer. Rotating the layer around its Y axis appears normal in the top, front and custom views, however, the object rotates in the opposite direction in the active camera view and also appears to be rotating slightly in the Z axis although there is no Z axis roatation.
Also, a duplicate of this same layer group that hasn’t been rotated, appears correct in top, front and active camera views, but appears rotated in two axis in the custom view.
I’ve tried to contact Adobe through their website, but the website isn’t functioning correctly: it doesn’t allow you to choose your product and won’t let you submit your tech question.
Any ideas on this? Any suggestions on getting through to Adobe Tech support?
Thanks,
Eric
