    my system configure

    Intel core 2 duo 2.00 GHz
    2 GB Ram
    Windows 7 ultimate
    512 mb ram graphics card

    Is this the full message? Screenshot? When are you getting the error?

    Whenever I get those errors, I restart everything, and make sure that the timeline is rendered (including nested effects).
