  Bubbling video cauldron in trapcode?

  Hello!

  I would like to make an effect in after effects that automatically spawns clouds or bubbles containing time offset reflections of the video playing in the background such that the clouds or bubbles float toward the viewer

  For example if someone is speaking in a video clip, clouds or bubbles containing time offset versions of the same clip would float up toward the camera expanding indicating in perspective that they are getting closer, but you would see an overlapping random jumble of the moments that just past, like moving images of moments just past rising toward you in steam clouds

  What would be the most efficient way to go about accomplishing this using trapcode particular or another aspect of the red giant suite? I know that something similar could also be accomplished using the built in Foam effect however it seems I will likely be able to achieve something less canned in appearance using trapcode I think

  Any suggestions on how to set this up would be infinitely appreciated
