Hey, all. I’ve been having the typical MPEG2 export problems in Symphony caused by the batch of five problematic .dll files. Unfortunately, the usual kludgy workaround (copy files, delete ‘originals’, put copies back in folder) has stopped working and I fear that the particular .dlls in question are corrupted beyond redemption.

I would like to see if anyone out there in creativecow land, who’s running Symphony 5.x on Win2K, could possibly send me the following .dll files from their C:->Program Files->Avid->Avid Symphony directory:

    AuthorScriptLibWin.dll
    ltkrn11n.dll
    ltimg11n.dll
    ltfil11n.dll
    LTDIS11N.dll

I’m sure these are familiar to you from constantly breaking MPEG2 export that Avid has not seen any inclination to fix or patch, in typical Avid “we don’t care at all about our users” fashion.
Thanks for any and all help.
