Broadcasting live from one Mac to another Mac

Not quit sure if this is possible but can you live stream from the Mac that is running adobe media encoder with camras set up and streaming live to another Mac. I highly doubt this is possible because I know that adobe media is for web, broadcast but I don’t want to broadcast on the web.

Not sure how to use adobe media when it comes to connecting cameras to adobe media and changing cameras angles and adding graphics?. So if anyone can help about what adobe media can and can’t do. Thanks.

Any other options that will be great.
