Broadcast safe not working on render
I know this has been covered in other posts, but I am looking for the best solution to my problem and would really like to know what other people use as a fail-safe method…
I am applying the Broadcast Safe Filter (extremely conservative) and a Levels filter to DV PAL footage. This works fine until I render and then the levels exceed 100 IRE. Is there something I am not doing? Is there a render setting that I need to change?
Some people recommend the RGB limit as an alternative but I have never used this before, and so if there are any problems with this, I’d like to know about it before I use it to make this program safe.
Any advice greatly appreciated.

It’s been posted before that a fix to that issue is to export the entire timeline out as a single file and then re-import, then export.
