    Hello,
I have the task to serve an Internet live video broadcast from a computer in LAN.
There is an Internet connection through router and few computers in LAN sharing same Internet connection common external IP.
I would like to broadcast video live from one of those computers since there is no server.
My question is: will that IP work and what software is best to use for this?
    Thank you.

Windows media encoder can do it. It’s free Still I think,, Quality will depend on your internet bandwidth and how many people will be watching it at the same time. Windows media encoder will stream it out and windoes media player will play it via “Open url insert your IP address”. It’s been years but I streamed a music video @ 640 x 480 with a standard road runner connection.
