What do you use to check if your chroma is broadcast legal, waveform (RGB parade) or vectorscope? I tried looking at RGB parade and check if everything is between 7.5 to 100 IRE. Am I doing it correctly? Thanks! God bless!

that’s just luma, also chroma needs to fit inside YUV scope for legal colors.(the first set of boxes) having a rolloff is nice too.

i made a premiere preset that illustrates this technique.

Thanks Chris! Is this for standard definition?

Chris, I tried your preset, and it was incredible! Everything is now within the NTSC safe level squares in my vectorscope with very little effect on the quality of the picture. Incredibly helpful presets! Thank you very much! God bless!
