Broadcast dub for Russia
Hello,
I need to make a VHS dub for Russia, and I am getting information that the dub should be SECAM,
and some saying that it should be MESECAM.Is there a big difference? Is one better suited than the other?

I should clarify, this is not technically a ‘broadcast dub’, this a dub from MiniDV to VHS for
Mr. Everyday Citizen and his wife who are visiting relatives in Russia.We did the dub in MESECAM, as we have an international VHS deck, and we selected “U.S.S.R.”
region and MESECAM was it’s default.From what I understand, the only difference is in the audio, so I’ll hope for the best!
