Broadcast 29.97 to 24p
Question, I got a TV spot that was shot at 24p and delivered to me for broadcast at 29.97. Here’s my question, with the original being 23.98 and pulldown was added for broadcast on export, can I then remove that pulldown using Compressor’s Reverse Telecine or even Cinema Tools to gain back that 24p clip.
I’ll be using that TV spot for a reel that contains all progressive material at 23.98. I’d like stay progressive versus add in pulldown to the other clips as the destination is for web.
Any thoughts?
