  Brightness Differences During Playback

  Hi all!

  For some reason Final Cut displays different levels of brightness while I scrub through my timeline and when I actually play my sequence. My canvas image will look dark as I scrub or just keep the scrubber still, but as soon as I hit play, the entire image brightens up. Why is that? It makes color correcting a real pain.

  I’m not sure if I described my problem properly or thoroughly enough, but this has happened to me before so I’m sure it happens to others. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks everyone!
