brighter export
I am new to the world of final cut and my first experience is already a little shaky. I am trying to export my anamorphic dv ntsc project using the quicktime compression option and every time I export, the project looks brighter then it looks in the software. I lose my rich blacks and the colors look washed out, not to mention because of the brightening more grain/noise is now visable. I have tried serveral different combinations of options in the export dialog box with no luck. Is there a seeting I am missing or is it normal to get a washed out export?
