  Brightcove and Flash

  I just got the On2 Flash 8 encoder to encode for posting on Brightcove.com. According to their specs a Video Data Rate of 464 kbps is needed. In the Flix eporter (using Compressor with the Flix exporter plug in) it says “Max Streaming Bit Rate” Is this the same thing? Anybody have any experience in encoding for brightcove?
