  Bright lines top/bottom after export

  Hey there, I’ve been using FCP all my life and and i’m bew to adobe premiere and I find the export options to be pain in the butt.
  After export I get two tiny brighter lines at top & bottom of the picture.
  What’s the problem?
  It’s a standard dv material shot in 4:3.
