    Hello all,

Summer’s here, and since it gradually slows down for us during this period, I plan on going on a major marketing push for our broadcast design botique. I’m looking for a little advice on how to track down the right person to talk to. My plan is as follows . . . I have a very nice DVD package ready to send out (it even comes with stickers!), and I plan to do follow up calls after they recieve the reel. I’m wondering how you all find the right person to talk to. Let’s say I want to send a reel out to AMC, who do I look for . . . the creative director over there, or talk to a producer? Do I ask to meet them, or invite them to my studio for a tour? Is it better to call them first, or send a reel then call? I know most people hate cold calls, so I’m trying to stay away from that.

    Thanks all!
