breaking glass effect

Not specifically but there’s many way you could come up with something like this in Motion. The simplest that comes to mind would be to break one layer into several pieces(new layers) in Photoshop using the lasso/cut tool to create irregular slices. Then using the random motion and throw behaviours, break them apart in Motion.
