    Hi,

I have filmed a hotel for a promo video. They have Sony TV’s etc and I filmed them. I guess there is no problem doing this as it’s free advertising if anything!?

I’m not a lawyer but unless the video calls attention to Sony TVs are somehow sub-optimal you should be ok.

Thanks. Well it is a dilapidated old Sony TV connected to a top of the range panasonic DVD player…only joking.

    Hi Stephen,

Not sure I understand. It’s a promo for a hotel. We picked out key features of the room. The TV was a key feature.
